The Palestinian chef Kamel Hashlomon and his Israeli colleague Ilan Garousi have returned to Prague for the second year of the festival. Both living in Jerusalem, they are lovers of Prague and good Middle Eastern cuisine. The Jerusalem restaurant Chakra where they both work, has been proclaimed the best restaurant in Jerusalem. For the coming year, both chefs have prepared a culinary show tailored to the wishes of the festival visitors. Come and see them at the ‘Jerusalem market’ at Prague’s Náplavka every day of the festival starting 4 p.m. Prague’s gourmets will be able to find out about Middle Eastern cuisine, a true crossroads of Arab, Israeli and Meditarean flavours.
